And Again, It’s Incredibly Sharp. So Be Careful. The Blade Has A Flat Grind And No Secondary Bevel, And Is Made By Sandwiching Hard Steel With Soft Iron. Since It’s A Double-Edged V, You Can Use Either Side, Regardless Of Dominant Hand. The Handle Is Made From A Folded Sheet Of Unlacquered Brass That’s Stamped With The Name Of The Maker, So It’Ll Take On A Great Patina Over Time.
